What are the days and timings for delivery?

We provide delivery in all seven days of the week.

 

Delivery timings can be varying and can be changed by our customer support team according to the availability of our fleet.

What are the delivery charges?

 

Delivery charges are included in the product price. 

 

What about other hidden costs (sales taxes etc)?

 

There are no extra taxes or hidden cost. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

 

What happens if you’re late?

 

We assure you that we will try our best to deliver on time.  However, if we will be running late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our customer service team will get in touch with you and let you know promptly.

 

What happens if I’m not available when you deliver?

 

We will be delivering your order according to the time slot you will select. However, if you’re unavailable we will reschedule the delivery.

 

Can I change my delivery slot?

 

Yes, your delivery date and slot can be changed by contacting our customer service team on 0322-2001983. However, you can also edit your order by informing us on WhatsApp before dispatch.

 

Who will deliver my order?

 

All orders will be delivered through Daewoo Fastex.
